University of Brighton Huxley Scholarships
The University of Brighton is a public university based on five campuses in Brighton, Eastbourne, and Hastings on the south coast of England. Its roots can be traced back to 1858 when the Brighton School of Art was opened in the Royal Pavilion. It achieved university status in 1992.
University of Brighton Huxley Scholarships 2019-2020 in the UK is open for International Students. The scholarship allows Masters level program(s) in the field of Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Ecology, Pharmaceutical Sciences taught at University of Brighton.

Eligibility
The criteria for awarding the Huxley scholarships are primarily based on merit.
- Merit does not necessarily have to mean academic merit but could also be interpreted to include outstanding performance in a variety of spheres.
- The strongest candidates will be those demonstrating an understanding of the school’s research expertise.
In order to be eligible to apply for a Huxley scholarship you must be a new, full-time, self-funding international masters student on one of the following courses:
- Clinical Pharmacy MSc
- Biological Sciences MRes
- Chemistry MRes
- Ecology and Conservation MRes
- Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences MRes
Students become eligible to apply once they have enrolled in year one of their course.
The scholarship cannot be awarded until full payment of fees has been made.
Exceptions
Students studying for masters degrees at University of Brighton partner colleges are not eligible for these awards.
Recipients of this award must not hold or expect to hold any other University of Brighton scholarships.
